If you are interested in disabled holidays abroad in France that are wheelchair accessible for disabled travellers and require further information then please don't hesitate to Contact us A “Gite Rural” is a self catering house or chalet, in the countryside of France. Gites offer a warm welcome from friendly hosts, who will take the time to help you discover their own countryside and another way of life. Gites are generally simply furnished, but all the gites we have selected have at least one accessible bedroom and bathroom, with wheel-in showers. We work in partnership with P&O Ferries, who offer departures from Dover, and with Brittany Ferries departing from Portsmouth. Arrangements can also be made for travel through the Channel Tunnel. Any advertised prices shown are for 1 week stays based on Saturday Dover-Calais sailings at peak times and are per car with up to 9 people. Please note that crossings with Brittany Ferries are more expensive and carry supplements for larger cars. Click on an icon on the map to view each gite or to download more information.
